Felicia Costa’s real estate roots trace back to Healdsburg in 1996. In 2022, she and husband Mark opened their own brokerage, Humboldt Premier Properties, in their hometown of Eureka, Humboldt County. Now, she’s excited to be back in Healdsburg, with Mark, working alongside Karen Waelde at North County Properties.
