Peter Oakes

Operations & Membership Manager

Peter Oakes is the Operations & Membership Manager for the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce, where he focuses on supporting local businesses, building community partnerships, and creating meaningful opportunities for connection and collaboration.

With a background in the wine and hospitality industry, including his previous work with WALT | BACA Wines, Peter brings a strong understanding of the local business community and a passion for helping Healdsburg businesses thrive. In his role with the Chamber, he works closely with members, community organizations, and local businesses to strengthen relationships and support a vibrant and connected business community.

Doug Kaminski

Executive Director: Stay Healdsburg 

Doug Kaminski serves as Executive Director of Stay Healdsburg, where he leads strategic initiatives, destination marketing efforts, and community partnerships focused on strengthening Healdsburg’s position as a premier Northern California wine country destination. A longtime hospitality leader, Kaminski brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and executive leadership within luxury hospitality. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Montage Healdsburg, where he helped launch and position the 130 room property as Sonoma County’s first Forbes Five Star resort. Prior to Montage, he held executive sales and marketing positions with Four Seasons properties in Chicago, Miami, Silicon Valley, and Austin.

Throughout his career, Kaminski has received numerous industry recognitions, including multiple Marketing Hotel of the Year awards and seven Four Seasons President’s Club honors. Having first visited Healdsburg 25 years ago, Kaminski has a longstanding connection to the community and brings a collaborative, results driven approach, along with deep local relationships and a passion for hospitality and destination development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin Stout and also studied at the University of Edinburgh.

Tristan Goldberg

Sales & Marketing Manager: Stay Healdsburg

Tristan Goldberg is the Sales & Marketing Manager for Stay Healdsburg, bringing a creative background in marketing, design, advertising, and digital content to the organization. With several years of marketing experience in Sonoma County, Tristan has worked across print and digital campaigns, social media, brand communications, photography, video, and other creative initiatives.

A Sonoma County native, Tristan has a strong connection to the region and an appreciation for what makes Healdsburg unique. At Stay Healdsburg, he brings that local perspective to sharing the destination’s stories, experiences, and character with visitors and the broader community.
