Feb. 7 at 1 p.m.
Tasting in the Dark
Francis Ford Coppola Winery at 300 Via Archimedes in Geyserville
$75 per person; $52.50 for Wine Family Members

Sharpen your senses to the taste and aroma of wine with this tasting in the dark. Blindfolded guests will be led through the tasting by Hoby Wedler, a blind doctoral student in chemistry at UC Davis whose inspiring life story pairs perfectly with this event. Feb. 7 at 2 p.m.
Wine & Chocolate Pairing - How to do it properly!
Seasons of the Vineyards Wine Shop 
at 113 Plaza Street in Healdsburg

Ferrari-Carano wines and Scharffen Berger chocolate will introduce you to a match made in heaven and the process of bean-to-bar chocolate making. For the Love of Flowers
Dragonfly Floral at 425 Westside Road in Healdsburg

Say it with flowers, the right flowers. Learn about the history of Valentine's Day and the meaning and significance behind different blooms. You’ll design arrangements of tulips, cherry blossoms, ranunculus and hyacinths specially crafted by you for your Valentine. Valentine’s Day Dinner
Seghesio Winery | Redwood Room at 700 Grove Street in Healdsburg

Let’s Make a Winter Sangria
Speakeasy at Grape Leaf Inn, 539 Johnson Street in Healdsburg
Cost: $25

While we typically think of sangria as something we sip on warm summer nights, it can be spiced up for those chilly winter evenings, too. This weekly Saturday event will show you how to infuse your sangria with bitters and winter flavors like rosemary and pomegranates. Mystery Tasting at 2:30 p.m.
Francis Ford Coppola Winery at 300 Via Archimedes in Geyserville
$25 per person or $15 per person if you’re a Wine Family Member

Test your taste buds and wine knowledge by participating in this mystery taste test of four different wines. There are eight tickets available per day, so book online in advance to secure your spot or call (707) 857-1471.

Bottling Ballet Mecanique Tasting at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. every day

This year, take your Valentine to a different sort of dance at Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Named for the little dance the bottles do across the bottling line, this “ballet” is actually a tour inside one of the most famous wineries in the world, from one of cinema’s greatest auteurs. You’ll walk the property, learn about the winemaking process and hear the history behind the wine labels and bottles (each relating personally to Francis Ford Coppola) before tasting the wine.
